We love Belize, and so should you!  It’s one of the most exciting, fascinating and diverse countries in the Americas and it’s only a 2 hour flight from the US!

With the second longest barrier reef in the world (after Australia’s), at 185 miles long, Belize offers plenty of amazing underwater experiences for snorkelers and scuba divers alike.  Nowhere in Belize is more than 90 miles away from the Caribbean Sea, so you never have to travel far to enjoy the reef.

 

2. Easily Accessible Jungle Adventures

Belize has some of the most easily accessible jungle in the world.  There are a lot of options here, from jungle hikes to more adventurous activities like caving, jungle survival courses, rappelling and spotting the elusive jaguar.
