Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: London – VIP Tickets to Emirates Stadium
Welcome to England, home of the beautiful game! Saturday at 3 pm is when the country stops for the nation’s favourite sport. Crowds vary from a few hundred fans for a village game to 76,000 at Old Trafford. You’ll be met at London Heathrow by your private chauffeur and transferred to your five-star hotel in Central London, where all the iconic attractions are within walking distance.
You'll have time to freshen up from the flight before you're guided out to an afternoon of VIP entertainment Arsenal’s Emirate’s stadium. Enjoy a champagne reception in the Directors' Box followed by a meet-and-greet with Arsenal legends, before being guided down to take a few steps on the pitch and tour the players dressing rooms. There will be plenty of time for autographs and photos before you return to the Directors' box for a four-course a la carte meal. Then join the 60,000 other fans as you watch the game kick off from prime halfway line seats. Following the game, you'll be picked up by your chauffeur for the transfer back to the city and your central luxury hotel.
Day 2: London Sightseeing followed by Selhurst Park
Enjoy sightseeing during the morning around your hotel then be chauffeur driven to South London where hidden among the streets is Selhurst Park, home of Crystal Palace and one of the best authentic experiences for watching football. Your private guide will introduce you to the culture at a traditional pub and serve you a meat and potato pie or another local pastie before the game. Many say Selhurst Park is one of the most atmospheric stadiums in the country. After the game enjoy the night at your own leisure, celebrating with local fans or exploring closer to your luxury hotel.
Day 3: London – Olympic Park and Vibrant East London
After the drama and excitement of the weekend’s games, today is an opportunity to catch your breath. Your private driver will guide you around the impressive 2012 Olympic Stadium, home of West Ham United, while also guiding you through many of the local exhibition sites that were built for the London Olympics. This is East London, home to a tradition of lively suburbs, and you’ll enjoy how distinctly different it is from Central London. These enchanting suburbs provide a vibrant journey through the very fabric of London life.
Day 4: London – Wembley Stadium and Exploring the Famous Capital
Wembley Stadium is the ultimate home of English Football. From afar, it is unmissable, with its iconic archway that towers high above the city skyline. During this stadium tour, you’ll wander through the changing rooms, walk the field, gaze up at over 90,000 seats, walk the steps to the royal box, then lift the F. A. Cup. Raising this historic and illustrious trophy is a once-in-a-lifetime moment for all football fans (and players too!)
After reliving many of the England’s most memorable matches dating back as far to 1871-71, you’ll be transferred back into the city, where the rest of the day is at your leisure. Westminster, Big Ben, Piccadilly, Convent Garden, Buckingham Palace,– you're within walking distance of it all from your five-star hotel.
Day 5: Manchester – The Nighttime Excitement of a Live Champions League Game
A Champions League match is the pinnacle of club football, and the nighttime atmosphere is electric. Today you travel by first-class train to Manchester, where you're transferred to a five-star hotel in the city's center. In the late afternoon, explore the City of Manchester Stadium - the blue half of Manchester. Enjoy the game from Premium Centerline Seats before being transferred back to your luxury hotel after an exhilarating game.
Day 6: Manchester –The National Football Museum Experience
Inspiring and informative, the National Football Museum is a short walk from your hotel and takes you on a journey through sporting history, starting with barbarians (yes barbarians) kicking around severed heads (yes severed heads\!) in Scotland, extending through "mob football", and evolving into the first international matches of the 1870s. The museum has thousands of rare items of memorabilia that has to be seen to be appreciated. There's even the collar from Pickles, the dog that found the World Cup trophy buried beneath a hedge in 1966.
Day 7: Liverpool – Fascinating Maritime History in a World Heritage Site
This morning you'll transferred to Liverpool by luxury vehicle and spend the afternoon being guided through the Victorian icons of the city. Liverpool's collection of industrial architecture has become a World Heritage Site. There's nothing too elaborate or ornate about it all, but the sense of grandeur comes from this city’s storied history as one of the world’s first industrial powerhouses.
This is also famously the city of The Beatles, and you’ll have the opportunity to climb aboard a Magical Mystery Tour that unveils the history of the band. Visit Paul McCartney's childhood terrace home, then board a Yellow Submarine, see Strawberry Fields, and Penny Lane – all while their hit classic tracks keep playing. The grande finale for the tour is in the atmospheric and underground Cavern Club, where Beatles covers are constantly being played on the same stage where the band made their live debut.
Day 8: Liverpool – You'll Never Walk Alone and a Liverpool Football Game
Continuing with the musical theme, you've got tickets for the world-renowned Kop today, football's most famous stand and an integral piece of the sport's history. Flags wave as 54,000 fans launch into the club's famous anthem, You'll Never Walk Alone, to greet the teams – the rendition continuing long past the referee blowing the first whistle. Irrespective of what happens on the pitch, fans in the Kop sing all game, attempting to suck the ball into the goal as Liverpool attack towards them. Expect an incredible atmosphere throughout. You'll be transferred to the ground and picked up after the game. Just like in Manchester and London, accommodation is in a central five-star hotel.
Day 9: Liverpool – Departure
With your ears still ringing… football chants still fresh in the memory, you leave England, remembering the intensity and electricity of all four live matches. You'll be transferred to Manchester Airport for your return international flight.
