You may notice that there is no online booking or payment facility on our website. This is intentional. As we strive to offer our clients the most personalized customer service in the industry, we prefer to accomplish the booking procedure in the following manner:

Upon deciding where you wish to go, please contact us, either via email, phone or by clicking on the blue ‘Contact Us’ box on the right of the page. If you are unsure of where you would like to travel, we encourage you to call us so that one of our travel professionals may offer suggestions based on your interests.
One of our destination specific travel concierges will craft a no-obligation, free of charge sample itinerary specifically for you based on your interests and desired travel style. We strive to accomplish this within 48 hours, however it’s usually closer to 24 hours. If you are satisfied with any of the sample itineraries found on our website, we would of course be delighted to book any of those for you.
Upon receipt of your personalized itinerary, we encourage you to thoroughly review it and decide if there is anything that you would like to change. We will co-ordinate with you to determine which aspects you would like to change and we will offer suitable alternatives depending on your specific interests.
Once you are happy with your tailor-made itinerary, we request that you read our 'Policies, Terms and Conditions' and fill out our booking form, returning it to us via email. This authorizes us to charge a deposit to your credit card. We also accept bank transfers for payment if you prefer, the details of which will be provided in your itinerary quotation.
We book your tour and issue you a payment confirmation along with a confirmed itinerary.
Approximately two weeks prior to departure we will mail your final travel documents to you.
